An asphalt overlay entails installing a new layer of asphalt over an existing pavement surface in order to repair cracks and moderate levels of surface deterioration. Almost any pavement surface can be overlaid as long as the existing base is stable and the asphalt pavement is structurally sound. If not, minor repairs and crack filling can be done prior to the overlay. Older asphalt that has extensive damage may require complete removal and installation of new asphalt from the base up.
We overlay driveways, parking lots, jogging paths, bike paths, or any type of residential, commercial or industrial property.
